We are a family of native Texans who founded BiggieTexas in 2020 after years of struggling to find good-looking hats that were big enough to fit a larger head size. Finding the perfect-fitting hat became something of a mission for us. Once we finally discovered the right types of hats that could accommodate both bigger head circumference and taller crown, we saw endless possibilities for customizing them to our liking.

In a world full of plain big hats, we wanted the ones we wear to stand out— so we created our own original Texas designs and sought out unique artwork from other artists we admire. We learned that the people around us wanted their hats to be unique too. This hobby quickly transitioned into a larger operation as we made hats for friends and also saw an opportunity to fill an under-served niche.

Initially we sold our BiggieTexas hats online and in local pop-up shops around Tyler, Texas. Over time we built a base of fantastic customers that loved our products. Our customers asked us for more clothing options, so we expanded the product line to include t-shirts, hoodies, and other accessories.
